A couple of days back, I ordered a book on Amazon.
I found this printed on the last page:
Made in the USA

Apparently, the publishers* print the book on demand and hence it makes sense to tag it 'made in USA' on 15th November 2010.
* I searched the book from the first page to the last page, there was no indication whatsoever if it really had a publishing company!
